Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
